Forestry mulching, grading, tree removal, hauling. Two decades of moving Upstate dirt and timber across Pickens, Six Mile, Clemson and the Lake Keowee region. We show up, we work clean, we leave it ready.
Land cleared. Property ready.
Whether it's a half-acre lot for a new build, a long red-clay driveway that needs grading after the rainy season, or a 40-foot pine looming over the porch — we run our own equipment, we know the Upstate, and we don't sub the work out.
Every property's different, but the rhythm of a clearing day is the same. Here's what to expect when our trucks roll up your driveway.
We meet you on-site, look at every line, every tree, every soft spot. Free, no obligation. Usually within three days of your call.
Flag what stays. Flag what goes. Mark septic, lines, well heads, irrigation. Lay down protection on driveways and lawn we'll cross.
Forestry mulcher chews brush and small trees down to chip. Bigger trees come down with the climber and the chainsaw, sectioned in.
Stumps ground out, holes filled, dirt pulled flat. Skid steer and box blade smooth the surface so water runs the right direction.
Logs out, debris out, mulch spread or trucked. You walk the cleaned property with us before we leave and sign off.
We own and run our own equipment — so there's no waiting on a rental yard, no surprise day-rates passed to you, and no operator we just met yesterday touching your property.
Tracked carrier with a high-flow drum head. Eats brush, briars, and trees up to 8" in diameter — turns standing forest into a flat mulch carpet in a single pass.
Compact enough to fit through a 6-foot gate, strong enough to dig footings, trenches, and stump roots. Gets us into tight spots where the big iron can't go.
Bucket, grapple, broom, brush cutter, auger — quick-attach lets us swap tools in 30 seconds. The Swiss Army knife of every clearing job.
Brush, debris, logs, dirt, gravel. Hauling load after load so what's left on your property is exactly what you want left on your property.

Tell us roughly what you've got and we'll show you a project-range estimate. Every real quote still comes from a free on-site walk — but this gives you a place to start.
Pick your job, your size, and any add-ons. Numbers update live.
Estimates are rough and based on average conditions in Pickens County. Heavy slope, large hardwoods, or rocky soil may change pricing. We'll quote firmly on-site, free.
Get a real on-site quoteWe live here, our trucks are based here, and we know which roads turn into clay slides after a hard rain. If your property is in the Upstate, we've probably already worked the next holler over.
Don't see your town? If you're in the Upstate and within an hour of Pickens, we'll come look. Call us.
Type your 5-digit ZIP — we'll tell you right away if you're in our service area.
A lakefront yard with a big hardwood stump dead-center on the left. Same yard, stump ground out and the ground leveled clean, on the right. This is what we do, every week.
Before
After
Twenty years in the Upstate has shown us pretty much every kind of bramble, hardwood, stump, and red-clay slope this side of the Saluda. Bring it.
If something here doesn't cover it, just call. Most days you'll get a person, not a recording, between 6 AM and 6 PM.
Yes, on every job. We come walk the property with you, look at access, slope, what's coming down and what's staying, then write you a firm number. No fee, no obligation, usually within three business days of your call.
Most Pickens County mulching jobs land between $1,800 and $3,000 per acre, depending on density, tree size, and slope. Heavy hardwood, steep grade, or lots of large stumps can push that higher. Use the estimator above for a starting range, then we'll firm it up on-site.
For most residential clearing on your own land, no. Larger jobs (over an acre disturbed near waterways, or anything near a lake buffer like Keowee or Hartwell) may need a stormwater or DHEC permit. We've been through it many times — we'll tell you on the walk-through if anything is required and can help you sort it.
Three options. We can mulch and leave it spread on-site (cheapest, also feeds the soil). We can pile and burn if conditions allow. Or we can truck it all off — typically $700–$1,500 added depending on volume and distance.
A typical one-acre mulching pass is one day. Two to three acres usually finishes in a week. Heavy clearing with tree removal and grading runs longer — we'll give you a calendar window when we quote, not just a day count.
Fully. General liability and workers' comp. We'll send a Certificate of Insurance to you, your builder, or your HOA before we start work — just ask.
Check or cash, no fee. Card with a small processing charge. For larger projects we'll typically take a small deposit at start and the balance at walk-through after completion.
We'll meet you on-site, free, usually within three business days. You'll get a written quote you can hold us to. No hard sell, no surprises.
